Recce Shots
These recce shots show our potential locations for filming. Each of these are not definite locations, we may use some of them, all of them or none of them at all.
Storyboard
This is the storyboard for our film. This illustrates the general flow of shots and what is going to happen in each of them. This is just a guideline, we may re-arrange some shots, or even scenes, when it comes to filming.

Impression Script
Broken Glass Productions
A man searching for his dog on the beach comes across the murder victim (Tyler)
Paul: (shouting) Buster? Buster!? Whistles (walks towards the dead body)
Camera shows a figure on the ground. Paul walks swiftly towards the figure. Camera pans down slowly as Paul gets closer to the figure to reveal it being a dead body.
White out then fade back to the police investigating the scene
Lee: Any details?
Officer 1: Early 20’s, throat has been sliced, no signs of struggle, been dead around 4 – 5 hours. Detectives are being lead over to the body
Eric: You got a name?
Officer 1: The vic’s been ID’d as Maia Fort. I’ve sent some of our officers to talk to the family.
Lee crouches down to inspect the body
Lee: Clean cut to the throat…
Eric: Died in a matter of seconds’ walks off to investigate the scene
Lee: Yeah… and it looks professional. Very clean… He knows what he’s doing. Turns to the officerFound any sort of evidence?
Officer 1: We’ve scoured the place, nothing.
Eric: (off shot) So your boys didn’t find this?
Low angle camera shot showing Eric looking at the newly discovered evidence. Lee and the officer walk into frame.
Officer 1: Uh… no… What is that?
Cut to sticks layed out to spell out “Jack did it”
Lee: Who’s Jack?
Eric: I dunno… We should get this back to the lab for prints.
Officer takes a picture of the evidence and then the scene changes to an office room. The detectives are there, looking at a board with photographs of other murders, looking tired, coffee on the table, ties loosened and hair roughed up.
Lee: It could be possible that they’re connected?
Eric: Yeah sure, they’re all dead, well done. Gold star for Lee.
Lee: No listen, our first victim was Elaine Forrest. She was bound, tortured then strangled in her own home, right?
Eric nods but still looks puzzled
Lee: That kill closely follows the MO of BTK. Our second victim, Jayce Yun, was found in an abandoned building with evidence of mutilation, rape and possible cannibalism.
Eric: Yeah I remember, he had his toes bit off lightly chuckles
Lee: I don’t understand what’s so funny but this kill follows that of Jeffery Dahmer. You starting to see a pattern here?
Eric: Okay so they’re both in their 20’s? We have a part of a profile? No wait there’s the little girl, Laura Maine…
Lee: Disappeared last year then turns up in the woods, raped and been a victim to cannibalism.
Eric: That doesn’t fit…
Lee: In fact, it fits perfectly. He’s recreating kills from infamous serial killers. BTK, Jeffery Dahmer and-
Eric: Albert Fish! Eric looks proud with his input
Lee: And now, Jack the Ripper.
Eric: Maia must’ve been some sort of call girl
Cuts to a re-enactment of the events leading to Maia’s death
Lee: Picked up by a client, that explains why there’s no signs of struggle, it’s routine to go to a secluded area for this kind of thing.
Eric: Ah yes, you being the expert on hookers
Lee: I watch documentaries, sometimes this kind of thing comes up, that hardly makes me an expert on picking up prostitutes… Back to the point, we’ve got a copycat killer.
