Illness/ Injuries	All	Actors/Alex and Lewis	Alex and Lewis	If one of our actors is ill/injured, we will ensure a replacement is found prior to shooting. If one of us is injured/ill, we shall reschedule shooting.
Weather	Outdoors	Actors/Alex and Lewis	N/A	The weather forecast will be checked in advance to ensure shooting that day is a viable option, however, if the weather is unsuitable for our shots, we shall reschedule. If there is heavy rain or harsh wind, we will reschedule too, as it may damage the equipment.
Actor Inconveniences or Clashes	All	Actors/Alex and Lewis	Alex and Lewis	There are sometimes unforeseen or unpredictable circumstances, which may lead to one of us or an actor being unable to make a shoot, due to event clashes. We will maintain regular face-to-face contact to ensure that this does not happen
Technology	All	Actors/Alex and Lewis	Alex and Lewis	There is every chance that the equipment we use may not work, may not be charged, or may be corrupted. To prevent this, we will ensure that all our equipment is in working order prior to the shoot.
